Health

What is Health?
"A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." 1
Just because you do not have symptoms, does not mean you are healthy according to the World Health Organization. True health is every cell of the body functioning harmoniously together.
What is the difference between a living body and a dead body?

Bernie Siegel, M.D.
Within each of us is a spark. Call it a divine spark if you will, but it is there and can light the way to health (2.).
The same intelligence that created the universe, also created you. Therefore, if it can control the planets in perfect harmony, than it can control and heal you. According to the most respected medical text book: Grays Anatomy, this power flows through your spine, and controls every cell of your body (3).

Every organ is connected to the one under your hat.

Without drugs, surgery, or thought...
Our lungs inhale over 2 million liters of air each day.
Our heart beats about 3 billion times in our lifetime.
Our body generates 100 billion new blood cells each day.
The 5.6 liters of blood in our body travels 12,000 miles in one day.
Except for our brain cells, 50,000,000 of the cells in our body will have died and re-grown in the amount of time it took to read this sentence.
Nearly 45 miles of nerves travel to every organ and cell of the body through your spine, at a speed of 248 miles per hour. When this speed is diminished, you may lose proper function.
